The T Bone Ranch is truly an OLD HISTORICAL RANCH. T Bone Ranch is one of the original old west working ranches of Colorado. It was founded in 1880s as many cattle ranchers assembled their cows on The T Bone in the fall. They would then drive them through Lavita Pass. Then on to Pueblo to put on them on trains and ship Eastward to feed the beef demand in large cities. They would also drive them to Sante Fe, New Mexico as well. The T Bone has been recognized as one of the Premier early ranches of Colorado, known for quality horses and cattle.
